Logistics operations for fleets that run on more than spreadsheets
A logistics platform for fleets, covering trips, vehicles, drivers, companies and billing, with each company's data kept separate and secure. Drivers use a mobile app on the road while the office team manages the same information from a web dashboard. No more chasing paper trip sheets or reconciling spreadsheets at month-end.
Built so one company can never see another company's data, even on shared infrastructure
Generate date-range reports and bills as PDFs, ready to download or send
Secure login built to modern security standards, protecting every account
An email design and sending tool. Build templates with a simple drag-and-drop editor, connect the email service you already use, and send emails either from the dashboard or automatically through your own systems. No fighting with email HTML, and no lock-in to one sending provider.
Drag-and-drop editor that builds emails rendering correctly everywhere, with a live preview
Works with the email provider you already have: Mailgun, Brevo, SendGrid, Mailtrap or your own mail server
Send instantly from the dashboard, or hand it off to your own systems to send automatically
A team chat app with a built-in AI assistant that already knows what is in your other work tools (Jira, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket and Slack) and only shows people what they are allowed to see. Ask it a question and it answers from your actual tickets, code and conversations, not a generic guess. The architecture is finished and the build is underway.
Answers come with links back to the ticket, commit or message they came from, and only show what you are already allowed to see
A full chat app built in-house: channels, threads, who's online, reactions, and search across everything
Each connected tool is exposed as a building block other AI assistants can use too
A URL shortener built on a Rust API and SQLite, with a dashboard for creating and tracking links. Redirects are served from a dedicated short domain, kept apart from the dashboard and API for both security and speed, with click analytics, expiring and permanent links, and plan-based limits built in from the start.
Fast redirects served from their own domain, isolated from the dashboard for both security and speed
Daily click analytics per link, with zero-filled charts and an all-time total
Private, expiring, or permanent links, plus retargeting and soft delete via a keyed API

According to the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, every interface CodeBrewerz ships is built to meet the AA conformance level: keyboard operable, contrast-checked, and readable by a screen reader.
According to Google's Core Web Vitals thresholds, a good page load means Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds, and Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1. CodeBrewerz treats those three thresholds as the performance budget for every front end it delivers.
According to the OWASP Application Security Verification Standard, authentication, session management and access control need verification rather than assumption. CodeBrewerz builds against that checklist. LogiHaul shipped with session-cookie auth, CSRF protection, Argon2id password hashing and per-tenant query scoping.
Frequently asked questions
What teams ask us before they get in touch.
What does CodeBrewerz do?
CodeBrewerz is a software studio that builds software products end to end. The team covers seven services: web development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure, quality assurance, technology consulting, and workflow automation on n8n, Kestra and Apache Airflow. CodeBrewerz also publishes an engineering blog on the systems underneath them, and builds its own products on the same stack it delivers client work with.
What products has CodeBrewerz built?
CodeBrewerz builds four products in-house. LogiHaul, a multi-tenant logistics platform with an Expo driver app, is in daily production use. unMail, an email template builder that sends through your own provider, is in alpha. Hivemind, a team chat platform with permission-aware AI retrieval across Jira, GitLab and Slack, is in alpha. Snugl, a URL shortener on a Rust API serving redirects from its own domain, is not yet launched.
What technologies does CodeBrewerz work with?
CodeBrewerz builds on TypeScript across the stack: React and Vue on the web, Expo React Native, Flutter and native toolchains on mobile, and Node.js, Java, Rust and Go runtimes on the server, with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB behind them. Infrastructure work covers AWS and Cloudflare, with CI/CD pipelines and observability included as part of delivery rather than added afterwards.
How does CodeBrewerz engage with new clients?
Engagements start with a scoping conversation, usually within one business day of a contact form submission. From there CodeBrewerz works either as a fixed-scope project team for a defined deliverable, or as an embedded team alongside your existing engineers on a rolling basis. Consulting-only engagements are available when you need a technology strategy or AI integration review rather than delivery.
How long does a typical CodeBrewerz project take?
A production-ready MVP typically ships in eight to twelve weeks. Discovery and design run two to three weeks, and delivery proceeds in two-week increments with a working build at the end of each. Smaller scopes such as an AI feature added to an existing product, or a QA and performance audit, usually complete in two to four weeks.
Where is CodeBrewerz located, and does it work remotely?
CodeBrewerz is remote-first with a hub in Pune, India, and works with clients worldwide across European, Indian, North American, Australian, and New Zealand time zones. Every service is delivered remotely.
How do I get a quote from CodeBrewerz?
Use the contact form on codebrewerz.com or email ceo@codebrewerz.com with a short description of the project, the services you need, and your preferred start date. CodeBrewerz replies within one business day with next steps and, where the scope is clear enough, an initial estimate.
